War das Spiel vor allem auf Schulh\u00f6fen beliebt, scheint der Hype aber auch in h\u00f6heren Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen angekommen zu sein.<\/p>\n<p>Wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/california\/story\/2022-01-10\/appeals-court-upholds-firing-of-lapd-officers-who-ignored-robbery-to-play-pokemon-go\">LA Times<\/a> berichtet, wurden die Beamten Louis Lozano und Eric Mitchell im Jahr 2017 entlassen, nachdem sie beim Pok\u00e9mon-Spielen erwischt wurden, anstatt auf einen Raub\u00fcberfall in der Crenshaw Mall zu reagieren.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Entlassung rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig<\/h2>\n<p>Aus kalifornischen Gerichtsdokumenten geht jedoch hervor, dass die beiden versuchten, die Entscheidung r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig zu machen. Zu ihrem Pech hat das kalifornische Berufungsgericht am vergangenen Freitag die Entscheidung einer unteren Instanz best\u00e4tigt. Sodass die Entlassung der beiden Beamten durch das LA Police Department v\u00f6llig gerechtfertigt war.<\/p>\n<p>Als der Anruf einging, dass mehrere Verd\u00e4chtige an einem Raub\u00fcberfall auf das Einkaufszentrum Crenshaw Mall beteiligt waren, reagierte ein Hauptmann in der Gegend. Lozano und Mitchell taten dies nicht, was schlie\u00dflich das Misstrauen ihres Vorgesetzten erregte. In den Dokumenten wird genau beschrieben, wo sie sich aufhielten und was sie taten.<\/p>\n<p>So wird enth\u00fcllt, dass sich die beiden Beamten \u00fcber das Radio \u00fcber Pok\u00e9mon GO unterhielten, w\u00e4hrend der Raub stattfand. An einem Punkt kann man h\u00f6ren, wie einer der Beamten seinen Partner darauf aufmerksam macht, dass gerade ein Snorlax aufgetaucht ist.
