{"id":1394,"date":"2017-05-10T05:32:43","date_gmt":"2017-05-10T03:32:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.phanimenal.de\/?p=1394"},"modified":"2017-05-10T05:32:43","modified_gmt":"2017-05-10T03:32:43","slug":"manga-publisher-diskutieren-moegliche-legale-wege-gegen-manga-upload-seite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phanimenal.de\/index.php\/2017\/05\/10\/manga-publisher-diskutieren-moegliche-legale-wege-gegen-manga-upload-seite\/","title":{"rendered":"Manga Publisher diskutieren m\u00f6gliche legale Wege gegen Manga-Upload Seite!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nachdem erst vor wenigen Tagen das EuGH Urteil in der Anime-Welt f\u00fcr viel Aufsehen gesorgt hat und deshalb bereits eine gro\u00dfe Anime-Sub-Seite geschlossen hat, (<a href=\"http:\/\/news.phanimenal.de\/index.php\/2017\/05\/04\/erste-grosse-illegale-anime-seite-wegen-dem-eugh-urteil-geschlossen\/\">wir berichteten<\/a>) gibt es nun einen weiteren Copyright-Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Die japanische Seite &#8222;FreeBooks&#8220;, welche eigentlich dazu gedacht ist, Nachwuchs-Mangakas eine Platform f\u00fcr ihre selbst erstellten Mangas und Geschichten zu bieten, wird nun von mehreren japanischen Publishern ins Visier genommen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch gro\u00dfe Publisher wie Kodansha mit ihrem Weekly Shonen Magazin.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.animenewsnetwork.com\/thumbnails\/max500x500\/cms\/news\/115862\/free-books.png.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Laut den Publishern wurden sie erst Ende des letzten Jahres auf diese Seite aufmerksam. Auf der Seite sollen \u00fcber 600 Titel von Shogakukan und einige von Kodansha hochgeladen worden sein. Nun diskutierten die Publisher \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche rechtliche Wege, diese Seite zu verbieten. Die Seite ist aus diesem Grund nun seit dem 3. Mai nicht mehr online.<\/p>\n<p>Die Publisher merkten allerdings an, dass sie weiterhin ein Auge auf diese Seite werfen werden, f\u00fcr den Fall, dass sie wieder online geht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Frage ist nun, ob die Publisher nun auch Wege f\u00fcr die Schlie\u00dfung ausl\u00e4ndischer Manga-Seiten in die Wege leiten werden.
