Doch f\u00fcr die, die es noch nicht mitbekommen haben, hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung:<\/p>\n<p>Marcel Mann sprach\u00a0Rito in der deutschen Fassung des Animes &#8222;To Love Ru&#8220;. Als allerdings Filmconfect bzw. dessen Synchronstudio TNT Media die Zahlung an Marcel Mann nicht eingehalten hatte, erschien Marcel Mann f\u00fcr die\u00a0n\u00e4chsten Aufnahmen nicht mehr im Synchronstudio . Was verst\u00e4ndlich ist, wenn der Auftraggeber die Zahlungen nicht wie vereinbart t\u00e4tigt. Filmconfect hingegen hat behauptet, dass alle Zahlungen get\u00e4tigt worden seien und Marcel Mann ihnen nur schaden m\u00f6chte und mit dem Nicht-Erscheinen einen Vertragsbruch get\u00e4tigt habe. Marcel Mann ver\u00f6ffentlichte am 17. (IVS) bekannt gegeben, dass das Landgericht Berlin nun am 9. Mai eine einstweilige Verf\u00fcgung gegen die FilmConfect Home Entertainment GmbH erlassen hat. Dem Publisher ist es nun untersagt, zu behaupten, dass Marcel Mann und die Synchronsprecherin Franciska Friede vertragsbr\u00fcchig gewesen seien. Sollte der Publisher sich nicht daran halten, droht eine Geldstrafe von bis zu 250.000 Euro oder bis zu 6 Monate Ordnungshaft. Desweiteren darf nicht behauptet werden, dass Marcel Mann seine Zahlungen erhalten habe.
