KissAnime z\u00e4hlt zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Anime-Stream Anbieter im Internet. So geh\u00f6rt die Seite zu den 350 meistbesuchten Webseiten auf der ganzen Welt! Das sollte den massiven Einschlag verdeutlichen, sollte die Seite wirklich aus dem Internet genommen werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Der Grund<\/h3>\n<p>FUNimation geh\u00f6rt zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Anime- und Manga-Publishern in den <a href=\"https:\/\/phanimenal.de\/?s=USA\">USA<\/a>. Weil auf KissAnime ein <a href=\"https:\/\/phanimenal.de\/?s=One+Piece\">One Piece<\/a> Stream angeboten wurde, dessen Rechte allerdings bei FUNimation liegen, leitete FUNimation ein gerichtliches Verfahren ein, um diesen Stream aus dem Internet zu entfernen. Nun steht im Titel &#8222;<strong>k\u00f6nnte<\/strong>&#8222;, also der Konjunktiv. Der Grund daf\u00fcr ist, dass nicht direkt gegen KissAnime vorgegangen wird, sondern indirekt. Es wird n\u00e4mlich gegen\u00a0die Firma Digital Ocean vorgegangen, um \u00fcber diese Firma an Kontaktdaten zum KissAnime Anbieter zu gelangen. Digital Ocean ist n\u00e4mlich der CDN Anbieter, den KissAnime benutzt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Was sind CDN Anbieter<\/h3>\n<p><strong>C<\/strong>ontent <strong>D<\/strong>elivery <strong>N<\/strong>etworks sind Anbieter, die eine weit ausgebaute Server-Infrastruktur rundum den Globus besitzen. Dies ist notwendig, wenn man eine Webseite anbieten m\u00f6chte, die auf der gesamten Welt mit hoher Performance laufen soll. Wenn z.B. ein Film nur auf einem\u00a0Server in den USA liegen w\u00fcrde und jemand vom anderen Ende der Welt diesen Film schauen m\u00f6chte, dann hat dieser Nutzer eine extreme Ladezeit, da es seine Zeit ben\u00f6tigt, diese Daten \u00fcber das Internet bis zum Nutzer zu senden. Hier kommen CDNs ins Spiel. Sie verteilen und erstellen Kopien von einzelnen Dateien auf verschiedene Server auf der Welt, so dass die Nutzer sich direkt mit einem Server verbinden, bei dem z.B. die Entfernung am k\u00fcrzesten ist, um die geringste Ladezeit bieten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nun wurde gegen den CDN Dienst von KissAnime eine Gerichtsverf\u00fcgung erteilt, die besagt, dass der Dienst alle Kontaktdaten, der Person die den Auftrag f\u00fcr KissAnime erteilt hat, herausgeben muss. Das ist nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr eine Seite, die auf Anonymit\u00e4t setzt ein schwerer Schlag. Dies k\u00f6nnte nun dazu f\u00fchren, dass der Anbieter die Seite KissAnime komplett aus dem Netz nehmen k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>Der Anwalt von FUNimation hat allerdings deutlich gemacht, dass hiermit nicht die Stream-Nutzer gejagt werden, sondern die Anbieter der Seite.<\/p>\n<p>Schreibt uns unbedingt eure Meinung zu diesem Fall\u00a0in die Kommentare!
