Bisher haben wir alle Fragen einzeln beantwortet, allerdings sind wir auf dieses YouTube-Video gesto\u00dfen, was vielleicht vielen Anime-Fans mehr Klarheit und Gewissheit bringen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das Video ist von der Kanzlei WBS die bekannt daf\u00fcr ist, einzelne Themen rund ums Medienrecht aufzukl\u00e4ren. Nun haben sie sich erneut zum Urteil des Europ\u00e4ischen Gerichtshof, welches das Streamen auf <strong>eindeutig<\/strong> illegalen Seiten, auch f\u00fcr den Nutzer als illegal eingestuft hat, ge\u00e4u\u00dfert. Im Grunde wird darauf eingegangen, dass das Urteil des EuGH sich auf &#8222;eindeutig illegale&#8220; Webseiten bezieht. Dies erkennt man daran, ob Animes angeboten werden, die in Deutschland lizenziert sind oder nicht. Ist dies der Fall, ist die Nutzung keine Grauzone mehr, sondern illegal. Bei Seiten wie\u00a0NarutoLoads, kann man nicht &#8222;eindeutig erkennen&#8220;, ob es eine illegale Seite ist, oder nicht.
