Der Autor und Filmkritiker Tomohiro Machiyama hat k\u00fcrzlich ein Interview mit TBS Radio gehalten. Viele kennen ihn auch als den Skript-Autor f\u00fcr die Live-Action Filme von Attack on Titan<\/a>.\u00a0Im Interview ging es um den Einstieg von Netflix<\/a> in die Anime-Branche.\u00a0Auf einen Kommentar \u00fcber die gro\u00dfe Beliebtheit von Anime bei uns in \u00dcbersee, \u00e4u\u00dferte er sich folgenderma\u00dfen:<\/p>\n

Es ist echt toll, aber es wird kein Geld\u00a0in japanische Animes investiert. Sogar\u00a0den Anime-Film ,,In This Corner of the World“ musste der Regisseur\u00a0am Rande seiner Existenz produzieren. Er produzierte den Film, zusammen mit seiner Frau, in f\u00fcnf Jahren – ohne jegliches Einkommen.<\/p>\n

Japan<\/a>, welches sich zu lange \u00fcber seine Anime-Macher\u00a0lustig gemacht und sie schlecht behandelt hat, wird nun von Netflix eine gro\u00dfe Vergeltung bekommen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Michiyama erw\u00e4hnte auch, dass\u00a0eine Episode der Live-Action-Serien von\u00a0Netflix das F\u00fcnffache an Budget besitzt als ein ganzer Anime-Film. Er sagte auch, dass Netflix nun in Japan aktiv geworden ist, aber die Arbeit den\u00a0Film-Regisseuren als auch Anime-Produzenten \u00fcberl\u00e4sst.\u00a0Michiyama sagte, dass die Kooperation es erm\u00f6glicht, weltweite gleichzeitige Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen durchzuf\u00fchren. Er glaubt daran, dass sich die japanische Anime Branche, als auch die Film-Branche von Netflix, ver\u00e4ndert wird.<\/p>\n\n

Als ihm gesagt wurde, dass Schauspieler in Netflix‘ Original-Serien unermessliche\u00a0Summen erhalten w\u00fcrden, antwortete er darauf folgenderma\u00dfen:<\/p>\n

Zurzeit erlebt die Entertainment-Branche eine gro\u00dfe Revolution. Bis jetzt mussten\u00a0japanische Anime- als auch Filme-Macher in Armut leben. Doch pl\u00f6tzlich\u00a0tauchen Menschen mit dem 10- oder 20-fachen an Budget auf, und es wird zu einer Welt, in der man sagen kann: ‚Es ist\u00a0in Ordnung,\u00a0den Film zu produzieren, egal wie viel Geld es kosten wird‘<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Machiyama kommentierte noch, dass Werke, die in Japan nicht ihr „OK“ bekommen haben, durch Netflix m\u00f6glicherweise noch eine weitere Chance bekommen k\u00f6nnten. Au\u00dferdem denkt er, dass ein regelrechter „Krieg“ („full-blown war“) mit Netflix in der japanischen\u00a0Medien-Welt ausbrechen wird, und es aussehen wird, wie „eine Invasion des ehemaligen amerikanischen Milit\u00e4rs“.<\/p>\n

Als Kontrast\u00a0deutet er noch darauf hin, dass Frankreich sich vor dieser „Invasion“ gesch\u00fctzt habe, indem sie Netflix aus ihrem Land verbannt h\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n

Machiyama glaubt, dass Anime ein „wundersch\u00f6nes“ Medium ist, welches rundum den Globus geschaut wird, allerdings sei die Entwicklung begrenzt, da es keine bedeutenden Investitionen, in Form von Geldern, gibt.\u00a0Dies k\u00f6nne sich nun durch Netflix \u00e4ndern, glaubt er.<\/p>\n
